Yep, you guessed it - Head to Kroger and get a giftcard for good 'ol dad! Yesterday I was at Kroger with my daughter to pick up a giftcard for my hubby... but before leaving, my daughter and I collaborated and realized we had other shopping to do around town... This is what we ended up getting and saving on gas:
Brian - $50 gc for Bass Pro (Father's Day)
Me - $50 gc for Bass Pro (happy birthday to me, lol)
Me - $50 gc to Shell gas station
Me - $25 gc to Sephora
Brooke - $50 gc to Sephora (she paid for it, but I got the gas benefits!)
For neice's bday - $75 gc to Toys R Us
Lunch for Father's Day & my birthday - $25 gc to Spaghetti Warehouse (hubby eats free since it's father's day)
Total Spent: $325 = 1,300 Fuel Points
Plus 50 Fuel Points I had already accumulated from normal shopping
Brian went to put (diesel) gas in his truck that night. Normally it costs about $100 to fill his tank - last night it only cost him $40!! WOO HOO!!
Point of this story? RUN TO KROGER for your giftcard purchases!! By the way, the 4x Fuel Points for giftcards is about to end, so you'll want to head over today to get your giftcards if it is on your agenda for this weekend.
