The last time this coupon was offered I found the potatoes at Walmart on 64 by Wolfchase Galleria :)

**NOTE**  When printing the coupon, it appears that you can print as many coupons as you want.  This is not correct... you computer will ask how many you want to print, but if you choose anything more that one (1) your coupons will be printed with the same Unique ID Number... which means you can only use one of them anyway... HOWEVER, you can go back and print one (1) more coupon by clicking the back button.  The 2nd coupon, when printed this way, will have it's own Unique ID Number.
Once you have your potatoes in hand, try this Klondike recipe for American Potato Salad:

Ingredients:

1 (1.5 lbs) bag of Klondike Medley® Potatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup relish
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. freshly chopped dill
1/2 cup green onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

•Place potatoes in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Boil potatoes until they are soft.
•Remove potatoes and chop into small cubes.
•Place potatoes in a bowl and gently fold green onion, relish, eggs, mustard, mayonnaise and dill without breaking potatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
•Cover mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 hours. Finalize by garnishing the mixture with some freshly chopped dill and pepper.
