I love Chick Fil A and so do our kiddos! Have you seen their Martha Speaks Books that they are featuring in their kid's meals?
Throughout Chick-fil-A’s new, three-year sponsorship of the television program, there will be several Kid’s Meal promotions that feature the “Martha Speaks” characters to prepare children to learn to read.
“Education and literacy have been strong components of the Chick-fil-A Kid’s Meal Program for more than a decade,” said Angela Savage, senior Kid’s Meal Program marketing consultant for Chick-fil-A, Inc. “We are excited to bring the Martha Speaks series to families who dine at our restaurants, and help parents expose their children to new vocabulary.”

Chick Fil a sent me all 5 books and my girls love them! My 5 year old loves reading them to her sister. The words used in the books have really helped increase her vocabulary and the stories have great messages.
The 5 book titles are:
Helen's All Thumbs (about Helen playing her video game too much, this was probably my girls favorite)
Martha Gives Advice (feeling sure about yourself)
Best In Show (importance of friendship)
Martha Plays Favorites (becoming a big sister/brother, jealousy)
Firedog Martha (Discovering at what you are good at)
One lucky Memphis Mommy reader can win all 5 books!

My son loves Martha. I think she is adorable too. What a clever story line. HK
I like their food--yummy! Also, the prizes in the kids meals we have gotten were ones you would keep...not just throw away when you got home. :-)

I love Chick-fil-A! I love that they take Sunday off for a day of rest. They also always have very educational items as prizes in their kids meals. That is always a bonus for me. I think it just tells that the company has strong educational and religious values.

My 5 year old LOVES Martha! Our daily routine is to put the 20 month old down for nap just before 2 so that the 5 year old and I have "special time" watching Martha. We often read after, so wouldn't Martha books be perfect? He gets really upset if we are out and miss the show. Books would be a good "fill in" when that happens. And of course we love CFA!! I love knowing that the quality and service will be the same no matter where I find one. I always look for them as a stopping point on road trips. Jmtroncalli@hotmail.com

these would be great for my grandchildren who lost most of their books in a house fire in Jan.
What can I say any book with the name Martha in it is TOPS!!! :)
Once Martha speaks though she is often tough to shut up.
We all love Martha Speaks! Such a cute show. My 6 year old has recently learned to read and I think the Martha books might encourage more reading. Thanks for this offer.
