Do you love Frozen Yogurt? My family sure does and TCBY is our favorite place to go to get our special treat! I recently was invited to a local TBCY and learn and test (oh yummy) their frozen yogurt and learn about their products being SUPER Fro- Yo. This is a new classification that they have achieved, who knew that something so yummy could be so good for you too! Let me tell you some of the nutritional guidelines their products meet or exceed to be considered a SUPER FRO-YO!

• Calories does not exceed 120 calories
• dietary fiber-must have a min. of 3 grams
• Protein: must have a min. of 4 grams
• Probiotics: Must have a min of 7 types
• Vitamin D: Min. 20% DVA
• Vitamin A Min. 10% DVA
• Active Cultures: Must have a min. 20 billion live active cultures after manufacturing
• Saturated Fat cannot exceed 2 grams!

I also discovered they list the toppings that contain soy and they have several toppings that are sugar free and many dairy free options. My lactose intolerant 3 year old was with me and she loved their Rainbow Sherbert (which she had with gummy bears on top). ;0)

The topping offerings are amazing!!! I got a mocha Super Fro-Yo with chocolate covered coffee beans, they were so good! They list their Frozen yogurt flavors on facebook and change them constantly, I tried the wedding cake too, and it was yummy!!
