
Simple Pizza:
Easy Appetizer, easy snack item that the kids can even make it after school
Triscuits: how many people you have times 4= number of Triscuits
Feta Cheese- one pack (tomato basil is great but low fat feta plain is fine)
Tomato- quartered then cut then to fit the Triscuit
Olive Oil
Italian Seasoning
Take a Triscuit, brush olive oil over the top, shake the Italian seasoning over that, Sliced tomato goes on top, sprinkle the feta cheese crumbles over the tomato: you can eat it like that or microwave it for a few seconds to gently melt the cheese.
