Chicken Fryer features an aluminum non-stick pan large enough to accommodate several pieces of chicken (12" Round, handle is 8" long) and deep enough to keep them submerged in the hot oil. The Bacon Fryer features a soft square ribbed, aluminum nonstick surface to fry bacon crisply without sticking (11 1/4"x 11 1/4" with an 8" handle).
