Join Cordova Leadership Council, Clean Memphis, and Cordova residents for a Cordova Community Clean Up event tomorrow/Saturday morning! Efforts will focus on trash/litter pick up in several zones, roads, and neighborhoods in Cordova. The Clean Up will begin with assignments at 9 a.m. at Bert Ferguson Park. Shuttles will then take volunteers to various areas. City Beautiful will provide supplies and pick up collected, bagged litter after the event.
Weather forecasts indicate the possibility of severe thunderstorms. Therefore, a decision to postpone the event or not will be made at 7am tomorrow/Saturday morning. The decision will be posted on Cordova Leadership Council’s website (www.CordovaTN.org) and Clean Memphis’ website (www.cleanmemphis.org), or you may call 901-409-1179.
