I only try to post things that I have personally tried. Most items will send you email after email, but I try not to put any post up that are scams or require credit card information unless it's a program you want to sign up for like Upromise etc! So check around my site top, sides & bottom. You'll find free samples all over the place and newsletters that will send you coupons. This is where we Mommy's get alot of our stuff. Suggestion: Set up a separate email account for your personal one in yahoo, hotmail, aol, gmail or whatever you prefer and use that to sign up!
