Grrrr...just had my very first run in with Kroger over IP coupons. While I had the policy memorized, I did not take a copy of it with me. Needless to say, big mistake. I now have to go back and try not to embarass the young man over his lack of knowledge on his own company's policies. I will go back to argue and get my BOGO with an IP but I will now carry that policy with me...GRRR
